• Regular maintenance cleaning schedules
• Specialized cleaning for healthcare facilities

All services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined in individual service agreements. CleanMatrix maintains the right to refuse service to any client who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

3.1 Account Security

When creating an account with CleanMatrix, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Submitting or transmitting spam, chain letters, contests, junk email, or pyramid schemes
• Using any automated system to access our services without authorization
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of our services
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

3.3 Service Property Respect

You must treat our employees and contractors with respect and provide a safe working environment. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Service Terms and Conditions

4.1 Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person consultation. We operate Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Service times may vary based on availability and specific service requirements.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

4.3 Service Guarantee

CleanMatrix stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

4.4 Property Preparation

Clients are responsible for securing valuable items, fragile objects, and confidential information before our arrival. While our team is trained and insured, we cannot be held liable for damage to items not properly secured or stored.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

5.2 Pricing

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, and frequency of service. All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original quote.

5.3 Late Payment

Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are available for services not performed as scheduled or agreed upon. For recurring services cancelled after the first cleaning, a pro-rated refund will be provided for any unused service period.

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 Insurance Coverage

CleanMatrix maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Our insurance covers damages to your property caused by our negligence during the performance of our services, up to the limits of our insurance policy.

6.2 Limitations of Liability

CleanMatrix's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

• Damages to items not properly secured or stored
• Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
• Normal wear and tear
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6.3 Claims Process

All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Claims should be submitted in writing with photographs and a detailed description of the damage. We will investigate all claims promptly and respond within 5 business days.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. CleanMatrix reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

For recurring services, termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Davao City, Philippines, or through the appropriate courts in Davao del Sur.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to participate in mediation before proceeding to arbitration or litigation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
